SINCERELY FEARLESS  is an online boutique which means we carry limited quantities of all our products. If you see a product that you would like to purchase is running low in quantity, WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO PURCHASE THAT ITEM ASAP. Unless we receive enough e-mail requests for a product, we will NOT restock that item. 

PAYMENT

Sincerely Fearless ONLY accepts Stripe and PayPal. Debit, credit cards and Apple Pay can be processed through Stripe. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH OR CHECKS. We do not accept orders over the phone.

BILLING INFORMATION

 Please be sure the name and address provided in the billing area matches this information as it appears on the cardholders credit card statement. If not, your order cannot be processed. We reserve the right to cancel and void or refund payment for any order at any time.

SHIPPING

We CURRENTLY only ship to the U.S.A. and Canada; There is a flat rate fee of $2.95 for shipping through USPS (For U.S. Only) and $9.95 Flat Rate Shipping for all Canadian orders. Free shipping is available for orders over $75 with the use of code "FREESHIP75" upon check out (For U.S. Only).   

STOCK

We do our best to make sure that we only list items which we have a sufficient quantity of inventory on our website. If we are unable to fulfill your part of your order due to a discontinued item, we will not charge you for those items. You can always send a request for us to reorder a product and if we receive enough requests we will list those products in our "Back In Stock" section.

RETURNS

Full Price Items are ONLY accepted within 14 days of the original Invoice Date. Due to hygienic purposes, earrings cannot be returned.

We will credit your card for any items returned to us new and unworn, as long as they are postmarked within 14 days of when they were sent.

Sorry, but we cannot honor any returns that are sent back after this 14 day period. The customer pays any shipping charges.

Follow the instructions on your packing slip for any such returns, and please include the packing slip in your return shipment to ensure proper credit. Returns made after 14 days will be returned to the customer.

As soon as your return arrives in our warehouse, we will process it promptly and your credit card will be refunded minus the shipping costs incurred.

Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification. Return processing is completed in the order they are received.

Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped.

Sincerely Fearless recommends that you send back your return with insurance. That way you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping.  

Returns take approximately 5 to 10 business days to be processed once received. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

Please keep in mind that it takes 7-9 business days for your refund to be posted to your credit card.

•You may not return: Worn or stretched jewelry. Items must be in the original packaging with tags attached.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us.

To reship a refused or undeliverable package is another a shipping cost dependent on what kind of shipping you prefer.

If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, there is a 15% restocking fee

RESTRICTIONS

•NO Exchanges.

If you would like to exchange an item, then return it within the 14 day period, and place a new order for the item you would like instead.

•NO Price Adjustments.

If you have received a damaged product or the wrong product please call us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can resolve any issues as soon as possible. We will promptly arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

*Throughout the year, Sincerely Fearless offers special promotions on items that will be sold as FINAL SALE.

Items that are a part of these promotional  FINAL SALE events are non-refundable. 

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for a return. 

Please do not return final sale items to us, they will be shipped back to the customer. 

LIABILITY

Some of our products contain materials such as metal, nickel or plexiglass, so for those with sensitive skin or allergies please take necessary precautions before wearing these items. Sincerely Fearless WILL NOT be held responsible for any allergic reactions related to any of our accessories.
