Gye Nyame - Metal - Stud - Earrings

These beautiful metal earrings feature the “Gye Nyame” (pronounced Gee-Nah-May' or 'Geen-Yah-May) design which is an Adinkra symbol. These stainless steel and gold plated earrings are hypoallergenic friendly. They come is gold, silver, rose gold and black. The earrings comes in 3 sizes: small (0.59 inches), medium (1.18 inches) and large height is 2.04 inches).

Gye Nyame indicates the recognition of the supremacy of God over all beings, and therefore is the one that is feared and revered by all. This is one of the many Adinkra symbols of West Africa, Ghana, and is used by the Akan people in various decorations, clothing, and artwork.
